SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All Mirror Mirror orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified by email if a significant delay occurs.
Shipping Methods and Rates
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — $6.95
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $150
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $14.95
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $29.95
Shipping estimates begin after the 1–2 business-day processing period. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking and Communication
After an order is placed, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email containing the order number, purchased items, total price, and shipping address. Wix’s Order Management System (OMS) records and follows the order through payment confirmation, inventory allocation, picking, packing, shipment, and delivery.
When the package leaves our fulfillment center, the customer receives a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number. Carrier tracking provides additional updates about package movement, delivery exceptions, and final delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to change its destination.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
